Unique grinder management system

Characteristics

Single-column surface grinder with a horizontal grinding spindle located on the crosspiece – BPH CNC form the latest series of our production. The machines are intended for precise grinding of flat surfaces of workpieces by the periphery, or by the side of the grinding wheel. It also allows grinding of tapered surfaces at different angles with a longitudinal recess and, if the machine is equipped with a suitable dresser, also the grinding of shaped surfaces.. The machines are designed for precise and powerful grinding not only of individual pieces, but also for smaller series of workpieces.

Flexible grinding of workpieces up to 3000 mm long and weighing up to 4000 kg.
Compact construction, the main components of which are made of high-quality certified cast iron (2x annealed, with an emphasis on the removal of metallurgical stresses) guaranteeing rigidity, stability and precision during grinding.
Reduced energy consumption by up to 60%, thanks to the highly efficient table drive (belt drive from the servo motor through the gearbox and coupling), which, compared to the hydraulic drive, reduces the installed power needed to move the table.
